The Anguilla Financial Services Commission (the "Commission") has issued the legislation noted below for consultation. The proposed bill introduces critical supervisory and enforcement powers that enable the Registrar to perform regulatory oversight and support Anguilla's international obligations and commitments. For this reason, the Registrar of Companies (Compliance Measures) Bill has been drafted.
